TERMS & CONDITION FOR PARIENTS/STUDENTS
- Acceptance of Terms
If a learner is enrolled in and using Easy Tutor Online services, that learner and guardians agree to obey these terms and conditions. If a person does not agree with our policies, they are not eligible to use our services.
- Eligibility
We provide services for students of all academic levels. For students under 18, consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian in order to handle payments and communication.
- Tutoring Services
Easy Tutor Online offers virtual tutoring through live online sessions. The services include the duration of the session, frequency, and subjects. These services provided depend on the selected package. Our team reserves the right to assign and replace the tutor as needed.
- Payments and Fees
In agreement with the selected plan, all fees must be paid in advance. Payments are non-refundable once classes begin, unless specified explicitly in a written agreement.
- Class Scheduling and Attendance
It is compulsory to attend classes at the scheduled time. Any class missed without notice will not be rescheduled. Only requests that are submitted 24 hours in advance will be considered.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule a class, a request must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the lesson. If someone cancels the class after that, such a class must be considered completed.
- Student Conduct
Respectful behaviour is the most important criterion of the class. Misconduct, exploitation of technology, or unacceptable behaviour will result in suspension or termination of facilities without any refund.
- Learning Outcomes
While our team is working hard to strive for the best, we do not guarantee specific grades or exam results. The reason is that performance depends on the efforts and consistency.
- Privacy and Data Protection
All personal data of users is kept confidential and used by the team only for educational and managerial reasons. Without consent, this data is not shared with any third parties.
- Intellectual Property
The study materials, recordings of lectures, and the content provided by our team are for the personal use of the student. It’s strictly impermissible to share, record, and distribute this data to anyone without our permission.
- Service Changes
Our team can make changes in the following policies, upgrading schedules, tutors, prices, or policies. These changes will be made with reasonable notice.
- Termination of Services
In situations where someone violates our Terms and Conditions, Easy Tutor Online retains the right to terminate the services without providing any refund.
- Governing Law
All of our Terms and Conditions are regulated by the relevant local laws of the government.
