TERMS & CONDITION FOR PARIENTS/STUDENTS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or using EasyTutorOnline services, parents and students agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to students of all academic levels. For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and handle payments and communication.

3. Tutoring Services

EasyTutorOnline provides online tutoring through live virtual sessions. Session duration, frequency, and subjects depend on the selected package. We reserve the right to assign or change tutors when necessary.

4. Payments & Fees

All fees must be paid in advance according to the selected plan. Payments are non-refundable once classes have started, unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.

5. Class Scheduling & Attendance

Classes must be attended at the scheduled time. Missed classes without prior notice may not be rescheduled. Any changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session. Late cancellations may result in the class being counted as completed.

7. Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully during sessions. Any misconduct, misuse of technology, or inappropriate behavior may lead to suspension or termination of services without refund.

8. Learning Outcomes

While we strive for academic improvement, EasyTutorOnline does not guarantee specific grades or exam results, as performance depends on individual effort and consistency.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

All personal information is kept confidential and used only for educational and administrative purposes. We do not share student data with third parties without consent.

10. Intellectual Property

All study materials, recordings, and content provided by EasyTutorOnline are for personal use only and may not be shared, recorded, or distributed without permission.

11. Service Changes

EasyTutorOnline reserves the right to modify schedules, tutors, pricing, or policies at any time with reasonable notice.

12. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if Terms & Conditions are violated, without obligation to provide a refund.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable local laws.
